What No Masterboard Monday!

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with some very old Prima papers:

These papers are rich in colour and pattern.
I went to the Craft Club on Saturday and one of the ladies showed us this card fold so naturally I had to have a go.

And here it is, a Fancy Tri-fold card.
The bees were cut from the papers too with a little Stickles glitter glue added.

And the inside looks like this!

The little tag at the top was fussy cut from one of the sheets and the card completed with some matching enamel dots.

The card blank was made with an A4 sheet of white card scored at 10c.m at each of the narrow sides of the card and then folded to create the gate fold opening.
The finished card fits into a DL envelope.

So that's me done for today.
Hope you enjoyed this change of techniques.

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Angela x

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:

That's a very interesting card shape. It reminds me a bit of a priest's chasuble!

I am on both Just Us Girls Challenge and Tic Tac Toe Challenges and your vintage inspired card caught my eye! I have not seen that particular tri-fold before and I really do like it! Your colors, patterned paper and die cuts all came together really well into one card! Thank you so much for playing along with both of these challenges! Hope you will play again soon!

Hi Angela! What an amazing card! Love the papers and love the fold .. so unusual.
Thank you for the sweet comment on my blog. Reason I stopped crafting is because my hubby has some ongoing health issues which we had to address. Having been away from it for so long I'm not even sure if I will go back to it. Will have to wait and see. Take care my dear .. hugs, Marg xx

That's a gorgeous card, Angela - I love the uniquesness of the fold, and using those papers was inspired. You're right about their richness, and they really pack a wallop there! Wowza.

Very interesting card shape! Love the papers too...
Just back from a week in Tignes where we had both snow and sun. If you are familiar with Val Claret, they are building a massive new complex close to the lift to the Grande Motte and Tichot, eating up half of the parking. It hasn't done much to the view! x
