WOYWW - 705 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the
Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

The desk might not look too untidy but I can tell you there's no where left to work so need a tidy up before I can move on.

The exploding box has had to be split into two for now. The stamp there is so pretty, by Kate Crane for Carabelle.

I'm still working on a few last minute C. cards (new masterboard), but then remembered some friends have their birthdays this month so had to stop and make Birthday cards.
I think there should be a law that says you cannot have your birthday in the month of December just when everyone's busy thinking about Christmas cards!

Even this side of the desk is starting to look like a dumping ground.

Yes these are new dies, Christmas pressie from me to me Lol!

And these are going to be from my hubby though he doesn't know it yet!
I couldn't resist them as there was a good discount during Black Friday.

So that's me done for today, don't like to keep you all for too long.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Kate makes such lovely designs. I just love a good masterboard! I find I am using mine scanned and printed as much as the originals. Love my laser printer so much :) Very curious about those dies - they look useful indeed. And yeah, I am getting packages that I bought for The Hubster to wrap and slip under the tree. Saves disappointment on both sides LOL!
Determined to carve out my desk hop time today!!
Happy WOYWW!

Hi Angela, your desk is still much tidier than mine. I'm planning on clearing it this afternoon at 3pm, let's see if the clocks all work! Enjoy your new pressies. Hugs, Valerie

You are so going to love those Arteza pens, I love the brush tips, you can get some really good shading going on, I use them over watercolour to add shadows and highlights. The die looks as if it’s going to be useful too, I liked the dotted ‘stitch’ lines very much. I don’t know whether to congratulate or commiserate on the fact that the exploding box is now two, lol!!

Had to laugh at your present from your unsuspecting hubby. I did similar on Black Friday with some coloured pencils.

Hope you have a good week,

My hubby has bought a present from him to him, and one from me to him, although didn't know it until he bought it! He's hard enough to buy for without him buying for himself! LOL! I'm so easy to buy for, so transparent on what I want, which is good because my Birthday is on Jan 1 - more pressies! I know just how you feel having a desk that needs tidying before moving on! I'm not sure the Dec law about having children in December would work...LOL! I have a friend who has a birthday on Christmas Eve, now that's hard! I have to make her a card for next week when I will see her before Christmas, but I haven't even started on my Christmas Cards yet! Oh well...thanks for your visit! Lindart #16

Hope you enjoy the Arteza's and the circle dies (what a lot). Are you going to keep them until Christmas Day? I have bought my own present this year, we decided to do just that but it was wrapped weeks ago (stamps) and I honestly cannot remember all I bought. The surprise on Christmas Day will be when he opens his present and I see what I bought him - if you follow.
Hope you get some time in your other craft room over the holiday period.
Hugs, Neet xx

My mom would have agreed about your birthday law. Her birthday was December 30, and by that time of the month, we were mostly out of celebratory mood. Combining Christmas with a birthday is no much fun either! 🤔 Perfect solution!

I think the December birthdays rule may be a bit controversial, but I do think you have a point! I have three early January birthdays too and they are just as difficult!! Enjoyed looking at your desk today, we have the same brush holder thingy…and those ARteza pens, although you don’t technically have them yet!! I will be interested in your response to them, I love the colours, the range, the depth of ink, but don’t get on well with the brush…let me know!

All the will in the world to visit on Wednesday and bombed out yet again, so sorry....better late than never though - I say.

Neat but rather full methinks. My son's birthday is in December so I guess I'd have my say on the proposed law against such - LOL. And there again it is Jesus' birthday we are celebrating with Christmas after all so Christmas would be out of the window too, oh my!
Dies look great and the present for you from hubby is fab, so cheeky.

Ha ha I have to laugh at the present from your husband. I have done the same, bought some stuff and given him the box to wrap when it arrived. The thing is I will probably have forgotten and be all surprised on Christmas Day!
