Masterboard Monday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with this Masterboard:

I had originally made this and several other pieces for a memory journal and these were left over and I just love left-overs so here goes.

Altenew stamps and dies were used to complete this card.

Started to put the card together.
You may notice that the vase was made with velum so is slightly translucent and attached this with velum tape after colouring with an alcohol pen to give the effect of water.
The flowers are also left over from an earlier project which you can find here.

Close-up here showing the enamel dots (also by Altenew) used to embellish the card and a sentiment too.

A little stamping to decorate the inside.

Layered with black card and pink ribbon which I made into a sweet little bow. Place these onto a white card blank and some tiny drops of Glossy Accents on the petals and the card is complete and guess what......still got some left over Masterboard!

I would love to hear your comments about this project if you have time.

In any case many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Angela x

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Happy Little Stampers: HLS June - Anything goes with Dies.
Alphabet Challenge Blog: F for Flowers.

I love the soft colours of your masterboard, I always start off with the idea and end up throwing more colour than planned! It makes a lovely background for your Altenew stamping. Many thanks for joining in with our 'True Colours' theme at Stamping Sensations challenge.

I think the design is great, modern, with the flowers adding that edgy look and the colours of the masterboard and flowers could be matched with all sorts of base colours to change up the mood. Technically, the vellum works perfectly as glass, better than I would have guessed and I'll try and remember that!

The wonderful master board provides a fabulous and unique effect behind the die cut. I love the way you have put the vase and flowers together and would never have thought to use these flower stamps in this way x. Such a beautiful card Angela x

A really pretty card. I'm intrigued by the die for the background strips, must search it out as it looks like it would be very handy. xx
