Crafty Cardmakers Challenge # 237 - Dies or Punches.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Hi! back again to tell you that it's time for another challenge over
at Crafty Cardmakers.

Jo is hosting today and our challenge is Dies or Punches.

As usual you can enter anything you fancy, it doesn't have to be cards, as long as it meets the challenge.

Hope you will join in.
And here is my project for the challenge:

This is were it all began with me trying to use up some left-over Masterboards again! I cut out several different pieces with the same die.

When you cut it you end up with a very useful looking frame as well as the die-cut chevron pieces.

I decided to leave some pieces in the frame and attached this to some Creative Expressions Double-sided Adhesive Sheet.

Next attached some pieces from the other die cut Masterboards
then peeled away the backing, layered it with another piece of Masterboard and a piece of white card attaching this through the frame.

I liked the way the white card helped the design to stand out so just had to add some white splatter.... what fun!

Finished this off with a sentiment from Creative Dies Designs and that's your lot!

I hope you will pop over to see what the rest of the DT have been up to and maybe join in the challenge.
I look forward to seeing what you come up with too.
 Happy crafty card making.

Thanks for sharing, now we know what it is like we might just have to look out for it. Can see such a lot of possibilities with a die like that. Am thinking masculine with oranges and browns. Or shades of blue ... or greens.
Oh Angela, what have you done?
Hugs, Neet xx

Lovely striking card and good tip to use an adhesive backing. I can see myself getting into a mess trying to use glue!

Oooh I love this card, Angela! So striking. That die is good enough to stand alone, or it could be used as a background. I can see it would be very versatile. I love the colours you have chosen, too. Great stuff all round!

Definitely a worthwhile die, Neet is so right with the masculine possibilities. Although i'm thinking Christmas cards now and using up all those over shiny papers we have but hardly use. Fabulous card all the same. Glad I made it over at last.. better late than never appears to be my moto atm :/
Big Hugs Tracey xx
