WOYWW - 601- What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

Just realised I'd made my desk sign and that none of you could probably see it on Saturday so I apologise for that but it's still there as proof Lol! though actually I'm not sure you can read it but it's up there on the right.

To the left is one of the Tim style cards that I made and my brilliant Bosch hot glue gun. I even tidied the exploding box!!! Everything else is tidy ready for the new project which I've started below, well tidy for me anyway.

I've just started on my next project from the Creative Craft Academy. I don't normally buy things like this but as I felt a bit lazy and in need of fresh encouragement I decided to give it a go.
All the little tubs are the mica powders and gel mediums that come with it and I'm sure you'll get to see more as I go along.

So that's me done for today and just need to give Julia one more thank you for the brilliant Zoom meeting, can't wait to do it again.
I'm really missing being able to chat to my friends at the Craft Club I usually go to so this was just what I needed and I'm sure you'll all agree.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,
Angela x

It was indeed lovely to see everyone. I was mesmerized by the sea of faces over the 3 screens. I didn't do any creative stuff, just sat and stared!!! See you next time. Hugs, Sue #24 xx

Fab to ‘meet’ you on Saturday! Good job on tidying the exploding box, I’m pretty sure that it won’t be long before it reverts to its normal state though, lol! That new project looks interesting, you’ll have to share how it turns out though I don’t think you can go wrong with mica powders!

Lovely snoopLov e the box, I have a few I've started and not finished around your work space, but didn't spot your 'name badge' for Zoom meet up. Have a Happy WOYWW week. Stay safe! ((Lyn)) #15

I really enjoyed seeing you on Saturday, even if you couldn't see me. I had to laugh when so many didn't know Maisie's name. I think it was Felicia who kept saying Maidey or something like that. That's when I asked to see Stan. Both are so adorable.

What a great way to get over your lack of motivation. Looks like this is going to turn out to be a great box. I need motivation, too. I haven't even finished my tip-ins which SHOULD be arriving soon in other countries, but they are still on my desk unmade. Happy WOYWW from #2.

That's one exciting project - I can't wait to see your work on it. It was lovely to 'see' you on Saturday - it really made my day seeing so many lovely deskers and putting faces to names. It was all rather overwhelming when we went onto two pages but fun all the same.
Hope you have a great week,
Diana xx #20

Hi Angela, your new project looks interesting. I'm looking forward to seeing it finished. I actually got out my glue gun last week too - the first time in many months! I used it on the first layout on my post today to fix the 'snowballs' and 'berries'. I think I really do need to revisit some of the many crafty goodies I have stashed away - they've been neglected for too many months now. Like you, I've missed chatting to my friends at the craft club we all attended but, sadly, I wasn't able to join in with the Zoom crop. Maybe next time. Have a great week. Elizabeth x #34

I've made a desk sign too but it was too small for anyone to see! It's good that you've made the crop, Angela - much easier than travelling halfway around the country, isn't it? That box will look amazing with colour and shimmer added - I always admire those 3D projects. Show us next time! Happy Crafting! xx zsuzsa #23

Hi, Angela,
I am looking forward to seeing what your new project looks like!

I was unable to attend the Zoom event. I really can't do anything involving electronics or creating on Saturdays, so...! I am glad everyone enjoyed the event and that faces, names and space were all connected.

I guess I should try to create a name badge. I am not sure my creativity runs in that direction but I will give it a try!

Have a fabulous week!

Angela it was great fun on Saturday and enjoyed meeting everyone! I LOVE the project you are working on and can't wait to see the finished product!! My kind of project! The Tim Holtz cats are too stinking cute and make for fun card making! Happy Wednesday, Felicia #29

Hi Angela, was lovely seeing you on the Zoom crop, hopefully we'll do more of them, as it means so many more can join in, who can't normally make it to them. Was pretty much like a real crop too- lots of chatting and talking, and very little crafting, lol. Stay safe, Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #12 X

Your desk is so creative this week with the box! Love all the dimension! We're not in lock down but things are very restrictive otherwise. Am able to meet friends to a degree.
Have a great week!

Ha! I don't know how you can call it an exploding box if it's been tidied! Oxymoron, I think. :D I look forward to seeing what will happen with your new project; I do agree that sometimes kits can provide a great stepping stone when one is short on inspiration, so good on you!

Hi Angela,
Think I might have got Kyla's comment by mistake, unless you were doing a cut and paste thingy to enable lots of desk hopping. Either way it was great to see you Saturday. Love the box you are working on BJ#21

I love how the new project is coming along, Angela. You are going to have some fabulous texture and colour on there, I can tell. Thank you for visiting - it was great seeing everyone on the Zoom but difficult to have much conversation with everyone talking at once!! I loved the screen shot you put on your next post. I'm glad you enjoyed seeing the kitties and that you liked my name badge - shame it fell off right at the beginning!

I've got a Bosch glue gun too - it's great.

Happy belated WOYWW,
