WOYWW - 615 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

The box on the left is some new Modelling Material for moulds.
Not used it yet but it looks good.
I am working on the washi tape that I prepped last week.

I've been using some of these AALL and Create dies.

And I've cut some of the Washi tape.
The paper below it is part of an earlier Masterboard.

I have collected together some other bits and pieces which looked useful.

These are on top of a large black tag and the red net is what my oranges came in. I always like to reuse stuff if possible and this looks rather good for this project.

Now time has not been on my side this week but I have made this quick card using some of the other Masterboard I showed you last week.

Quite like it and hope you do too.
So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

I really love what you’ve done with the master boards. You have a way with colours. I hope Mum is not settled back at home now.

Fab card! It's great to see what happens to these lovely master boards as the weeks go past. Really like the way the netting page is shaping up too. Stay safe and keep smiling, Lisa-Jane #8

A fab card. I love the idea of using the netting bag for your project too. I stitch them on my twiddlers sometimes - better than wasting it! xx Jo

It will be interesting to see what you do next with that red netting - texture? I've only just discovered AALL and Create - so far I've managed to resist ordering from them though. Yay me! Lovely card - very "edgy"! Have a lovely week, Angela! xx zsuzsa #21

Really creative stuff this week, Angela. I love using fruit net too - did you know that if you heat it with a heat gun, it shrinks up? You can get some fabulous texture with it. I did a piece once using it as fishing net, and added little wooden spacer beads from a cannibalised necklace for the floats. My hubby always teases me when I say "Can I make art out of that...?" He usually says "NO!" which I take as a challenge to prove him wrong! It's too long since I've spent time just playing in the studio, but the cat throw and other crochet and knitting projects have to take priority for now - and the Tiny Carpets project too! I've almost forgotten what it feels like to work with paper and mixed media...

Thank you for your visit - my post this week seemed to be mostly about cat throws and cat throw-ups!

Happy WOYWW,

I alway love seeing your master boards, I even took a picture of one you did with stamps as I wanted to have a go. I have been doing corner collages on my journal pages today which I am happy with. I read Shoshi’s comment, I think I shall get my husband to buy some oranges in a net :). Have a great week Angela #17

Hi Angela, I love your card - the masterboard makes a perfect base. I always feel guilty for throwing out the netting that's used so much in fruit packaging. I look forward to seeing how you apply it to your project which already looks lovely. Have a great week. Elizabeth x #22

Hello Angela great projects on your desk this week - love the funky birthday card! Had to smile, every time I throw away that orange netting I think shall I keep it? I'm sure there's some in my MM box anyway and we get them most weeks so I'll pass for now! Happy WOYWW, have a good week, stay well, stay safe, Cindyxx #22

Everywhere I go there are people doing casting in what form or another. I have some resin from years ago (says it does not go off if unopened) which I keep threatening to use but never get around to it. One day .. only snag is it takes 24 hours to cure in a dust free atmosphere.
Love the card you have made, did you use some washi tape on it?
You know me, well I am a fan of Abs and his crew - the only stamps I seem to buy these days and I love those dies you used.
Can't wait to see what you do with them and the orange bag. (which is red)
Hugs, Neet 15 xx

HI Angela, as always, lots of interesting stuff to look at on your desk. Can't wait to see what you do with the molding material and you've pulled together a perfect collection of bits and bobs for your project - I love to use found items too, good for the environment and makes your project unique I think. Love the card - it really pops and it's, well, funky :o) Have a good week. Annie C #25

Super red and black project this week, love the orange net. I clicked on your photos and they fill the screen of my PC window, but when I click on mine they are just a bit bigger in the middle of the screen ???? The mystery continues..
Thanks for the visit BJ#9

Die cutting the washi is a cool idea! Maybe I will follow suit, as I have a ton of it and never use it - I know I should, but I think I got a lot early on hen the colours and patterns were more simple, and now when there is so much amazing styles out there, I feel like I have so much unused I don't buy it! But the way you've used it is a perfect solution!

Crazy week, so late..
