WOYWW 259 # What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday

Hi WOYWW friends,  hope you are all well.

Here we are again for another week on my desk and desks throughout the world, brought to you by our host Julia at the Stamping Ground.

Don't know what I am babbling on about? then visit the Stamping ground and all will be revealed.

Here is my desk offering for this week.
Some deskers, well quite a lot actually wanted to see more drawers, desk drawers that is Lol! so here is another little peek:

Sticky things in this one.

The black case below the drawer, holds a variety of metal embellishments, quite a lot are by Tim Holtz.

Here we have glitters, glazes and stickles, pretty things Lol!

3D sticker sheets, glues etc.

And finally, embossing powders. Where would we be without them.

You may be asking, where are the inks, well I keep those in a trolley which I love as I can move them around to where I need them.
It is actually a vegetable rack on wheels but very useful as storage.

And here is what my desk actually looks like this week.
There are a few new things as I went to Sincerely Yours at Newark on Sunday.

I am working on some birthday cards as I am fed-up of having to make them at the last minute and these are some that I have already started.

I am using the Lindsay Mason stamps Doo Lally Pip as I felt like making something a bit different from what I would normally do and they are good fun.

I am hoping to use up some papers in my stash to make more room for the new stuff so I am stamping and cutting out parts of the design to layer onto the main stamped image.
I have already glazed the dress and hope to have these finished in a couple of days plus others.

Hope you all have a great week and maybe get chance to pop over to
Julia and have a snoop....sorry look around at the other deskers.

Bye for now and happy crafting,
            Angela x

Good morning. Can't believe it's Wednesday again already! Thanks for letting us in to peek at your creative space. I am thinking quite a lot of folks have that cog unit already. I am glad to have made a start on it at last. Have fun with the cards. The designs are lovely and quirky.

Hope you have a good week too.

Oooh, she's showing us 'er drawers again lol! Lovely organisation, Angela - your creative space looks fantastic.

Thanks for your visit and your nice comment - yes, it's a busy week for us this week, and will be for the next 2 or 3. Glad you like the journal, too. As for the Zentangles, do give them a go but I warn you - it's addictive! Really nice to hear that what I do has encouraged someone to have a try. It's actually a lot easier than it looks. Click on the Tangle Patterns logo in my sidebar and there are loads and loads of links for instructions on how to draw different patterns.

Happy WOYWW,

Cute stamp - would have suited DD down to the ground a few years ago, now I think the Stampotique ones suit her more - she isn't quite a goth but sure loves her black! LOL! Such an organized space! I tend to forget what I have in all my drawers. I did lable them after a massive re-org a while back and it helped A LOT...as long as I actually put things away.... :)

Happy near 5 year WOYWW!

Cor, nicely organised drawers missus! I have a shelf full of embossing powders and yep, I may not use them a lot, I wouldn't be parted from them! Pretty cards...I'm guilty of leaving them till I need them too, which is ridiculous really.

Hi Angela - it's great how you manage to sort your stuff in drawers and other containers - makes life so much easier when you can put your hand on just what you need. I love the new cards, too. Chris # 17

Hi Angela Happy WOYWW and thanks for visiting my desk. Thanks also for a look in your 'drawers' - great to have your stuff at hand for quick use. That's a great idea to use your paper stock, must see if I have any stamps that would lend themselves to diminishing the paper I mostly resort to colouring. Cheers and have a great week RobynO#19

Thanks for visting me, boating can indeed by heaven or it can be some kind of hell when it is freezing cold. but we have had lovely weather so far so it is very good.
You look very organised with your craft stuff, drawers are so much better than boxes for ink pads and embossing powders.
Have agood weekend.

Yes it is a water pump spray bottle, my partner got it for me a couple of months ago. I keep forgetting to use it and always use the other one. It does give a gorgeous fine mist.
