Masterboard Monday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with this Masterboard:

I had a relaxing day trimming the postage stamp collection.

Then attached them to an A3 sheet of card. So that I would get a good arrangement I sorted them first into sets.

I spread each set in turn around the card.

And this is where I ended up, then scanned the masterboard at A4.

Next I decorated the card blanks.

I used colours from the postage stamps, gold and blues.

Using a Woodware stamp I went over the front and back of the white card blanks using Tim Holtz Distress inks.

Next, I used a Woodware stamp to create these tags.

I've finished the tags slightly different for each card mainly because I couldn't decide what to use.

And then had fun putting everything together.
With this one I added a few coloured gems, some Stickles Glitter Glue and the blue ribbon. I actually left the white border on the scanned piece and edged it with blue ink.

Also altered the position of the masterboard too.

Couldn't resist going round the back, just love doing this it just makes the card that much more special.

So there we are all complete and now I'm off to try something similar with my collection of Christmas postage stamps.

There is one more version of this card which you can find here if you missed it.

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Angela x

This is fantastic Angela, what a fab idea to paste then copy it you'll be able to use your creative work over and over again now. Love how you angled that image across the card, very dramatic.. Wouldn't look out of place on the shelves in one of those very expensive card shops. Stunning.
Wishing you a very happy week take care Hugs Tracey xx

Hello Angela! I am making my late rounds for WOYWW. I just move slowly. I am glad I did because I can see more of the creations with those stamps. Isn't it funny how cutting them out can be relaxing? When you have to focus. That is how I feel when I color in my coloring books. Well the weather is lovely here today. I am sitting on my deck listening to the birds while I type. We had a bit of rain this weekend so I didn't have to water my outside plants much. That's always a relief. I hope you are having a nice day and I will see you again in a couple days!!!
