WOYWW - 587 What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

Now that's a surprise for you.
Here we are in the new cabin, still sorting a few things as you can see.
As I haven't said much about it recently I  just thought you might like to see how things are developing.
And just this week this arrived.
How useful this will be when I start making a real mess Lol!
If you want to see everything from start to finish you can find it here.

My usual desk is full of background papers that I've been working on.
That's my collection of Washi tape on the right and some acrylic paints that I've been using on my octopus pebble though it's been put on one side this week while I work on the background papers.

On the left side are some AALL and Create stencils and stamps.
The Autumn stamps were from a recent magazine.
So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Happy WOYWW. Your cabin is looking wonderful. I would love one of those one day when we move away from this too-big farmhouse. The sink will be very useful. I use the one either in our guest shower room or a bit further away in our upstairs laundry room. Not too far to walk, but having one in the actual craft room would be even better. I love to create background papers, but I tend to keep a lot of them! I have been watching some of the AALL shows on Hochanda, and always tempted to buy. However, I have been strong and resisted. Only got a few more months of paying off my credit card debt and then I can spend a bit on crafty stash each month. Ali x #4

Loads of people at our club have been raving about those free stamps and a die. I think Autumn was the theme if I have it right.
Hope you get to work on those papers so that you can put them on one side and work on the pebble. It captured my imagination last week and I can't wait to see it.
Your new room looks absolutely fantastic - so envious of you, especially now I have seen the sink. And so much light!

Welcome properly to the craft shed/cabin/shack club Angela. It looks amazing. I am highly jealous of the sink - where on earth did you source that? I would so love one for my shed although I think it would have to stand just outside under an awning lol. You look really well organised. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #6

Your new cabin is looking wonderful, Angela. It's going to be a brilliant place to be creative isn't it.
Loving all your stamps and stencils. I've got my eye on the new squares stencil and stamps from Aall and Create but am sitting on my hands at the moment.
Have a good week

I'm late visiting today because I've had lots of customers all needing their sewing doing quickly so I had to get that done before I joined in the fun today.
Wow I really love how the cabin is taking shape now. That mobile wash basin is a great idea.

Lovely to be invited inside your cabin, Angela! I wonder how that wash basin works? It doesn't seem to be connected to the mains, so is it just something that recycles the water? Either way, it looks useful! Making backgrounds is the most enjoyable part of the creative process! I love using them in collages later. Have a creative week! xx zsuzsa #18

Fantastic selection of backgrounds Angela, how useful it will be to have those on hand! our cabin looks marvellous and I really like the central island, great use of space. Will be marvellous to have running water on hand too, what a great find that sink/water unit is! I missed you last week, so very sorry...but the octopus - !! - octopus...I cant believe it!!

Hello Angela! What a wonderful space you will have - I'm guessing that is some kind of portable sink - how clever! I was only saying yesterday to my hubby that a 'cabin' might be the answer to our overcrowding problem, but the access to out back garden is pretty difficult, I can't see how we could do it. (and it would be a long way back to the loo!!). I haven't even opened the stamp set from my last magazine and another one arrived yesterday. Can't keep up!! Have a great Wednesday, stay well, stay safe, Cindy #15

So exciting to see your cabin in the flesh again; it's a fabulous space. And your desk, as always, is just fascinating. Happy creative week, my friend!

Oh wow Angela, your cabin is fabulous! Also, that mobile sink is absolutely amazing - I showed my hubby and he agreed with me. It has a kangaroo on it so I wonder, is it Australian? What a totally clever idea! I am very fortunate in having a sink plumbed in in my studio. There was a washbasin there when we bought the house, and I got the builder to put the old kitchen sink in, and it's so useful. I have a table beside it for "wet" projects.

Thank you for your visit, and for your commiserations over my ring. It's nearly a week since I lost it and I'm on the way to giving up ever seeing it again but I'm still hoping it will turn up! With all the searching, I haven't had much time to work on the current tiny carpet but I'm making slow progress.

Happy belated WOYWW,
Shoshi x #12
