Crafty Cardmakers # 239 - It's A Bug's Life.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Hi! back again to tell you that it's time for another challenge over
at Crafty Cardmakers.

Lin is hosting today and our challenge is It's a Bug's Life.

As usual you can enter anything you fancy, it doesn't have to be cards, as long as it meets the challenge.

Hope you will join in.
And here is my project for the challenge:

So here we are!
I so love decorating the back of the card as well as the front as it's almost like a little secret find when the recipient opens the envelope.

I've used stamps, stencils and dies for this card though the butterflies and the large bee are fussy cut.

The stamps are by All and Create and Tim Holtz, using TH Distress Inks.
The stencils are by Crafter's Workshop and Imagination Crafts, the die for the sentiment is by Altenew and for the small bee, a free die from a magazine.

This is another piece of left-over Masterboard.

Gradually building up the design and stamping with first and second generation ink.

For the main image I used  the Tim Holtz stamping platform.

A few gems completed the design.

I hope you will pop over to see what the rest of the DT have been up to and maybe join in the challenge.
I look forward to seeing what you come up with too.
 Happy crafty card making.

Hi Angela, fabulous card as always. I never think to carry the design round onto the back of the card!!
Sorry I haven't stopped by recently, I don't know where the time has disappeared to just lately. I am going to try and do better, but I'm not sure how long it will last :O)

This is outstanding Angela, love the theme and all those fabulous stamps and stencils used. I love to layer the Bee and butterfly from that AALL & Create stamp set it just has to be done! I said it before but continuation stamping onto the back of these card really makes them high end.. I love it.
Hope to play along with this challenge, when I get back to my workdesk..
Sending creative Hugs Tracey xx

What a gorgeous card - love how the design drifts over onto the back, and the extra dimension for the butterflies and bee was well worth the fussy-cutting effort!

Glad to hear you got the craft table a little clearer... of course, by the time you came to tell me, mine was all full up again with making!
