Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

Hi all. I thought I'd finished all the photographs from the show that we went to but just had to include these.

It was a company at the show that design gardens and this is just a delight to see.

I just love this to bits.

This week started off with yet another wedding.

Sorry about the lighting, gorgeous dress though.

This was the daughter of my friend.

Maisie had no interest in this mole hill so guessing it was not a fresh one Lol!

Swan babies getting bigger every day!

Now something not so pretty and you'll either love it or hate it.

But it's certainly different.

The green beauty in the background is my old MG she has been in the garage for a little bit of work that needed to be done.

This Rat Rod belongs to my mechanic.
He rebuilds VWs mostly but looks after my MG too in fact it was him and my hubby that rebuilt the car about twenty years ago. He is just brilliant.
I have had the MG for about 38 years so you can guess it's part of the family if you can say that about a car Lol!

Couldn't resist it Lol! but don't think it will be going home with us.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

Wow that garden just makes me smile. It's gorgeous. I wish I could have a beauty like that but this year we had our house repainted and they trampled over most of my flower beds. Grrrrr...
The wedding dress is lovely. I like the long train.
That car is so funny. I would have had to sit in it for a photo too.
Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for stopping by for WOYWW!

I love cottage gardens, and this one is so pretty.
The remodelled VW made me smile. I can't honestly say I love it but my son would. His first car was a beetle and he was so sad when it was no longer road worthy. Kate x

That garden is gorgeous. They make great designs. (I wish my flower garden looked like that.) Beautiful wedding dress. Maisie is adorable. Those cygnets are almost full grown now. That modified VW is interesting looking, and the words on the back (or is it the front?) are so true. Your MG looks great. You're lucky to have found a good mechanic who can keep it running all of these years. Have a nice weekend.

Wow, Angela, I would LOVE to have that garden out my back steps. It's fabulous. So pretty with all the flowers and plants.

Your friend's wedding dress is lovely. Had to enlarge to see it best.

I laughed when I saw the old bug. I think it's funny, but I like it, too. Of course, you beautiful MG is better. You must be SO proud of it, too. Have a super rest of the weekend, dear friend.

Oh Angela look at you with that MG you are a dark horse my lovely xx How magnificent is that.. i'd say 38 years is definitely part of the family. I love the Rat Rod.. it's got real attitude.
I had to smile at Maisie and her disappointment, you will have to find her a fresh hill next time :D
Hope your keeping well? We've been out with the Mom's today for Lunch as it was mine & Hubbies anniversary. Have a smashing weekend lovely.
Big Hugs Tracey xx
P.S When can I move into that little house :D

That really is a charming garden design, but I'm not sure about the VW make-over. I'm a Beetle fan, but I think I prefer them the original way!

Hi Angela, love that garden too. It's so sweet and tiny and sometimes I wish that our rather larger garden was that small, especially when the weeds threaten to take over! The car is a hoot and reminds me of our first car, also a Beetle but a lot more sedate. In my youth I nursed a dream of owning an MG but now I'd struggle to enter and exit so happy to keep our much more practical Berlingo. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. xx

Yes, I love that garden too. It's so doable if you know what I mean. Even in the smallest urban garden this could be done. And it is so pretty and so cosy. Love it!
That VW is great! Your mechanic friend has a sense of humor. And I would love to have my photo taken in that Dot. Your MG is a treasure indeed. My brother in law has one exactly like it and loves it. He didn't do it up himself though. And actually, he doesn't drive it that much. My sister is complaining about the space it takes up in their (double) garage...
Enjoy the rest of your weekend,
Hugs,
Lisca

I have to show that Beetle to my Sin-in-law, he has restored a couple of old cars, but very traditionally compared to this lovely.
