Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

I've not been far this week so I'm starting here by showing you a lovely photo sent to me from my friend who lives in France.
This is a photo from their apartment.

It was her hubby's birthday so they went out for something special and she sent me this photo. Looks delicious but rather naughty!

In my garden today the moles have been having fun digging. I just wish they would find somewhere else to do it.

We did go to the fish farm for a few things and I took some photos of these gorgeous guys.

This was a particularly big boy, love the markings too.

The plants are coming along nicely despite there hasn't been any rain for weeks.

And so to the pretty part of the garden....

I don't think anything smells or looks as beautiful as the rose.

Though I do love these pretty flowers.

The water lilies are doing well too.

A few final thoughts from the Schnauzers.
Sorry that one is a bit sad but I will always keep my old dogs in my heart.

That has to be a girl Schnauzer.

That one could be male or female, they are all nosy.

And that is a rather sensible Schnauzer, some parents should read this.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

Fun post! Roses are my fave flowers, always! I think my dogs trained me to be the mistress they wanted....Happy Friday, hugs, Valerie

Your friends apartment has a beautiful view.
You mean you actually went to the fish farm and didn't come homewith a new fish! Aren't they beautiful though.
A perfect rose bud and it looks like the sort that is realy scented too. The little blue geranium is pretty too.
I love the way you gender your dog memes by the way they are 'thinking', but you do have one of each so I guess you have insider knowledge.
It is exactly a year since we said Good-bye to our Foxy, and you are right; they stay with you. Kate x

Your friend lives in a beautiful area. I would LOVE just once to wake to mountains. Kansas is SO flat.

Wow. That is one big beautiful koi. It would be hard to pick a favorite, though.

Your veggies are looking great. I like the setup you have created for them and how you are able to keep the birds and squirrels out.

Your rose is lovely and I can almost smell it from here.

Enjoyed the Schnauzer memes. Funny have you identified their genders. The stalker is SO true. I remember when I had dogs, that was something they insisted on doing, too.

I remember when I first got Bear, I taught him to sit and stay. One Saturday I left him with the family who I got him from. My friend was out in the yard with Bear and Bear's mother. When my friend told his dog to sit, Bear did, too. My friend was SO impressed because I'd only had Bear three weeks and he was already trained. Yes, every dog owner should read that message. Cats, on the other hand, enough said.

Have a super weekend, dear Angela.

Love the schnauzer pictures. All my dogs are remembered in my heart and thought of quite often. How did you know that fish was male? Definitely a beauty though. I agree with you about roses. When we went for an evening walk at the last site we passed some dodrose, the fragrance was so lovely, I had to pause each time till I ‘d had my fill.
Shame about the mole hills.. did you know you can get sonic mole scarers? I remember my father getting a mole out of our garden when I was a child. I was quite upset. I know the damage they can do to a lawn of course. Angela x

Your garden is looking lovely, and I'm amazed that it can do so with so little rain. We have a small monsoon going yesterday and today, so I can send you some if you like? 😄 Happy week, Angela, and fun creating. xo
