Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

The fruit trees are full of  blossom.

The Bonsai are all waking up.

Beautiful Blue and White Bells.

Oh and this is me taking the photos.

Just had to show you this milk bottle. They come with lots of sentiments now.
This one is so true.

I know not many people still have milk delivered but it's something we've always done and I have to say it saves on all those plastic cartons so they are worth that bit extra.
We actually had a young workman here a while ago who didn't know what these bottles were used for! How things have changed.

Been clearing out my Strawberry patch too.

I wonder where all those weeds come from.

Sorted!

Just needs a bit of watering now.

A few new plants to put in the ground next.

And of course we can't leave without a few funnies too.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

WOYWW -673 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

It's looking tidy as I've just had a clear up.

The exploding box isn't too bad, some small candle dies just to the left but not got round to using them yet and the green box is a pack of old watercolour paints.

To the right is a home made stamp which I have put together with bits of waste rubber and in the center of the desk you can just see some new scrapbook paper.

I thought you might like a closer look at the papers.

They are amazing.

She is beautiful.

My only problem with this will be cutting into it!

And finally for those of you who wondered what I was up to in the journal last week, here are the finished pages.
This is based on an idea that Marta was doing (Maremis Small Art).

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Masterboard Monday with left-overs.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with this left-over Masterboard:

This was actually left-over from an earlier project but too nice to waste.

It has very delicate colours just right for this project.

I've used some AALL and Create stamps to start the design directly onto the card which was used earlier to pick up left-over ink from my craft mat.

I've stamped some Tracey Evans stamps onto the Masterboard and fussy cut them. Just having a little play with the positioning here.

And here we are all finished.

Going round the back is such a nice surprise when anyone receives the card but what do you think?

I have completed this by adding some Stickles Glitter glue to the flower and coloured skeleton leaves.

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

Maisie cannot go past a Mole hill without a good sniffing! not that she has ever met a mole!

Lots of fun going on in the park during Easter. Good to see so many people making good use of the space and I am pleased to report they did not leave any mess when they left.

While we were in the park I noticed this.

It's just the remains of some of the path that has worn away but don't you think it looks like a little dog? or is it just me that is obsessed!

Apart from the walks in the park we also had some visitors.....

This was our sitting room on Thursday morning.....

and this was Thursday afternoon as Mitch the curtain fitter was finishing off.

All done.

Finally to the funnies. Schnauzers this week......

The big chap is a Giant Schnauzer and the smaller one is a puppy Mini.

This sounds like good sense to me!

And this is very truthful though my two are not allowed to pull on the lead! or hogg the bed but I know they would do all of this given half a chance.

Just thought that was rather cute.

And this is one of my favourite art pieces.

Hope you enjoyed seeing what I've been up to.

Have a great weekend everyone and

So here is my desk for today!

I did have a little tidy up ready to start this new project.

I'm working in a journal that has been sitting unused for too long.
You'll get to see more soon hopefully.

And that's it really as there is not much else to show you.
So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

Masterboard Monday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with this Masterboard:

You may remember seeing this Masterboard before with the instructions for making.

As it's still Easter I thought you wouldn't mind seeing it again with a different card this time.

I've included one of my favourite techniques by stamping on the card blank including the back of the card then mounting a piece of the Masterboard and layering it with coloured card and mounting it so that the stamping is visible around the edge and the back of the card.

The image stamps and stencils are by Lavinia Stamps, the sentiment is by Tracy Easson and the inks are Distress Oxides.
The large hare has been stamped and heat embossed before being fussy cut and attached to the card.

Hope you are having a lovely Easter.
Comment if you can, I would love to hear your thoughts.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Angela x
