WOYWW -688- What's on your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

I had intended showing you how I progressed with the resin project but remembered that I needed some male cards which I've been working on but I will get back to it soon.

I love these stamps.
If you like Steampunk images these are the sentiments for you.

They work so well with the images I like to use and
these cards were made with two different Masterboards that I made some time ago and you can find the details here: and here:

I'm also working on a journal to store some stamped projects.
More about this to follow.

There are plenty of spare bits after trimming the card which will come in useful for another project.

I'm working on making the pages for the journal here but I'll be back soon to show you how I've progressed.

I'm joining in the AALL and Create Challenge and this is the first Thrinchie I've made. The theme for this one was 'Spring'. I'm late starting but decided to give it a go. I know Neet is doing it too and she is way in front of me.

We are supposed to be using Tracy Evans stamps and I know the birds aren't but I just loved them for this piece.
So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Cards are gorgeous, as ever but darn I was looking forward to the little diver and how he might have progressed. Ah well, maybe next week...
Happy WOYWW (Determined to DO BETTER this week!)

I do love the Thrinchie Angela. I keep thinking I'd like a go but I don't have any of Tracy Evans stamps although I have a small number of AALL and Create stamps and stencils. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #12

I've just finished a batch of sewing so thought I'd take a break and visit a few of my favourite blogs.
You've been a busy bee too I see. I love the cards you've made.

Great cards. Are you doing an accordion journal? I cut the remaining fold on my A3 paper and joined the ends together. Slightly wonky as cut with Scissors instead of guillotine. I think I would rather have joined it at the front after drawing the circles, might have been neater. Hugs Angela #6 happy WOYWW.

Gosh Angela, you’ve a few irons in the fire haven’t you! You’re right about those sentiment stamps, absolutely spot on for the cards you’ve made, how fab to be able to turn to them knowing what a great match they are! I imagine that the accordion sample book will end up with pockets and treasure type leaf inserts, it’ll be another master work I’m sure, I hope you get a lot of pleasure in the doing.

Adore your thrinchie and how the bird's colour jumps out at you against the monotone background - super job. Saw all Neet's earlier, sounds like a great challenge. Defo like Christmas here with all my parcels, loving it. BJ#1

I love the blue tits on your thrinchies, made me smile this morning! And you’re right, those sentiments are fab and perfect for your steampunk artwork, floats my boat!

Cards for men are always a hit - it somehow seems like a difficult thing to do. Love seeing your desk, and all those cards in the wings...💖

Loved your Thrinchie Angela - you took a lot more care than `I did over it. I don't think they will bother about the birds not being Tracy's, are they A&C anyway? You can use other A&C stamps.
I just had so much on at the time I did tend to hurry mine, didn't get as much out of it as I did with the JK ones (did 2 sets because I enjoyed them so much)

Love those masculine cards! I had every intention of joining in with the Thrinchie challenge but there's too much going on - maybe the next challenge... Great to see Heckington show too! Hugs, Chrisx #17

I love the cards, I love steampunk! Your Thrinchie is lovely, my favourite season! Your new journal is looking intriguing - I look forward to seeing what you do with it! On my blog you thought the smile pic looked like a moose - it so does! And I thought it looked like a monkey! Have a great week, Lindart #19

Looks like you have been very productive. I like your masculine cards. It's always hard to find something that will do the job and is enjoyable to make! xx
