Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".
If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the
Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.
So here is my desk for today!
That box on the left is filling up again and I've some new stamps from a magazine on the desk.
The box on the right holds some Distress re. inkers that I've been using.
There are some paints at the back there which I've been using on my pebble.
If you look carefully you may see it. I started working on it this week.
Maybe now you can tell what it's going to be.
I've started colouring it but there's some way to go yet, bet you know what it is now.....well I hope so.
Not really much else to show you today so that's me done for today.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.
I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,
happy crafting,
Angela x

Hi Angela, those magazine stamps look useful, I can't resist Autumn themed stamps either. The new pebble is coming along beautifully. Stay safe and happy WOYWW Sarah #4
An octopus on a rock? Love the way you build up the colours and can't wait to see how it develops.
Hugs,

The pebble painting is coming on really well and it couldn't be anything other than an octopus on a rock, the design fits the shape of the pebble really well!

Well I certainly wouldn't have guessed Octopus last week but it's absolutely perfect for that rock - what a good eye you have. The new stamps look lovely, I can never resist anything Autumn, I hope you have lots of fun with them.
Hope you have a great week,
Diana xx #15
Oh it's an octopus... of course!! Look forward to the end result Helen #1
Hi Angela, what a perfect design to go on that rock! Haven't been out anywhere lately, so it's months since I picked up any crafting mags. The autumn theme has reminded me I have Tims toadstools, plus some autumn stamps from Chocolate |Baroque though, lol. Stay safe, have a lovely week, hugs, Shaz #3 X.
Oooh, I love the rock - that's called a 'starfish' in English isn't it? Perfect! Happy woyww, stay safe. Big hug from Holland, Marit #18
LLJ actually said octopus last week LOL - I went back and checked as I wasn't sure! It will look great when it's fully coloured! Hope to see it soon! Have a lovely week, Angela! xx zsuzsa #20

What a beautiful octopus ~ He is coming along very nicely ~ I would love to open all those little drawers and see whats inside! Enjoy your week
Painting on rocks looks fun. I’ve never tried it, what paints do you use. Can’t wait to see the finished piece. Hugs, Sue. #17 xx
ooh that looks like an octopus! How clever you are Angela. Stay safe, stay well, Cindy #14
Hi Angela, looking forward to seeing your finished pebble. Your desk always looks fairly tidy. I am debating whether to clear the Christmas stuff so I can do something else or keep going! It would be nice to have another area - sigh! Take care x Angela #29
I think I made a guess at an octopus - having just watched an old James Bond film it came to my head straight away. It looks as if it is going to be lovely.
Those mushrooms look nice on the freebie stamps you got, I love shrooms in any form.
Stay safe and well
Hugs, Neet 7 xx
Always such an interesting desk, Angela, and I'm excited to see your octopus rock coming to life...that's a surprise indeed! :D
Oh perfect, Angela - an octopus! I'd never have guessed that to start with. It's fabulous! I love octopuses (octopi?) - fascinating creatures, and they are highly intelligent and can learn too. Really looking forward to seeing that pebble completed. You are very clever at seeing what the pebble is going to be from the shape before you start.
Thank you for your visit - yes I always seem to be pretty busy apart from the mornings when I find it difficult to get going!
Happy belated WOYWW,
Shoshi #8
The octopus is coming along nicely and what a fun pebble idea x.
Angela, I love your rock mysteries! An octopus! Fantastic. I love it. I wish I could do that. I like how you can see what you want to paint by it's shape. How perfect. Do you use arylics to paint them? Every time I see your rocks I want to go grab mine and paint. My inbox on my desk if filling up again too and I need to do something before it invades the rest of my desk.
that is such a cool talent you have to see what you are going to bring out of those rocks Angela, :) ( my mama is a wood carver and she nearly always finds faces in wood) ~Stacy #24
Lovely desky share sorry I’m late, Angela ... again... 😁 love the octopus stone, really clever idea.. hopefully might WOYWW again and catch up in few weeks but suspect not till late in Sept. slowed up here
Thanks for being a blessing, and may God bless you too, especially in these unusual times, a blessing to rest simply in Him! Praying you’re all kept well too!
