WOYWW - 765 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesdasy.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the
Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

Still busy with the collage fun.
This is about my fith page now and I'm having so much fun ripping up paper and card and building up the designs.

These look interesting, won them at the Craft and Chat party on Saturday.

Close-up of my latest collage grid pieces but not quite finished yet however, don't worry you'll get to see all of this completed soon.

Some of you will have noticed the exploding boxes don't have long to go so I think I had better do something with them very soon or else!
This is what happens when I start to get those ideas that have been in hiding but suddenly show there faces all at the same time.
I'm not sure what is worse, lots of ideas or none!

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Masterboard Monday review of 2023

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

We're coming to the end of the review of
2023.

And here are a few cards which haven't been included so far.

Some are my favourite fold cards.

Some are made using free papers from magazines.

Some of my favourite stamps from 2023.

Couldn't go without some favourite Kate Crane stamps and these gorgeous Materboard background layers.

Floating balloon dogs.

oo0oo

And another interactive card using papers by Craft O'Clock.

These are so much fun to make and receive.

And a pop out card too.

I realised too that the only piece of assemblege art last year was this one:

Resin Octopus, bottles, light bulbs,

sea creatures and netting off my supermarket oranges.

Must sort that out this year so watch this space.

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting.
You can expect to see something new pretty soon.

Friday Fun day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

What's the old saying "It's a Dogs Life".

Well I wouldn't mind this one!

He's in his favourite place on the sofa.

I'm sure I said the new dogs would not be allowed on the furniture!

What a face!

Daisy is not bothered, she has her own favourite spot.

I think she's dropping off to sleep here.

I took this photo the olther day when walking the dogs, very moody.

It was a very dark day on Tuesdasy so we decided to go to Meadowhall near Sheffield. Not been there for a couple of years.
Guess you could say it's one of my birthday treats as hubby would sooner not go really, it's shopping! but it was my birthday on Thursday so I am getting away with it Lol!

This was inside Marks and Spencer's.

After that we went for a little walk round.

I don't know how many of you will be familiar with this company but they have lots of old sewing machines in their window.....and I mean lots. I'm sure Annie will find this interesting.

And of course I'll finish with a few dog funnies.

Just to prove that dogs know all the best places!
They love to be warm.

And comfy.
So it's not just Daisy and Alfie!

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.
I'm off to the Craft Club this weekend, it's our annual party this Saturday. We don't meet in December so we have it in January.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

WOYWW - 764 - What's On your Workdesk Wednesday.

Not much to show you other than some new stuff which only arrived yesterday.
I seem to have found other things to occupy my time.

Some new AALL and Create dies and some hot foil plates. The card on the left is AALL and Create stamps and is waiting to be completed, might try adding some foiling to it but we'll see.
Under the card is my technique journal that I'm using for my collage projects. You'll get to see more of that in time.

So nothing really very exciting but if you need some ideas for Valentine cards I have some on the post below this one here, they are old ones from last year.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

Pleased to say we were able to get to see my mother without having to drive around Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire as the bridge at Dunham is open again.
Still lots of water in the fields but at least the road is clear.

These guys have been out early most mornings recently, guess they are practicing for something but wish they would fly somewhere else. It's nice to see them but they do make a lot of noise.

However they were not out on Tuesday morning.

It was very cold with a light covering of snow when we got up.

By the time I was dressed it started to snow a little more. This is at the back of the house.

And this is the front.

Not enough to stop us walking the dogs.
But it looks cold and it was.

I didn't take this photo but it's the same day and thought you might like it.
This is Lincoln Cathedral.
The photo was taken from the Hotel across the road from the Cathedral.

Not too much snow and it was gone by late afternoon so we went to Downtown near Grantham. I so love a bit of shopping and of course I found something nice to buy.

Crafting too this week with some collage papers.

If you were around on Wednesday you may have already seen this, more to follow soon.

Can't think of much else so I'm going to leave you with some dog funnies.

If you have dogs, or cats for that matter you will be used to this.

You cannot have a dog and expect to keep any space for yourself!

Still it shows they love you.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.
